Homemade Crispy Chicken Nuggets Recipe
- Chop a piece of chicken breast into chicken minces with a sharp knife.
- Spread the minced chicken evenly on a large bowl for easy seasoning.
- Add the seasoning: soy sauce, salt, white pepper, and corn flour (in order) unto the minced chicken.
- Season all over the minced chicken evenly with your hand palm or a spoon.
- Flip over the minced chicken and put on the seasoning accordingly.
- Use a spoon to shape the minced chicken into nugget shape.
- Spread the breadcrumbs all over the surface of chicken nugget, press the nugget with a spoon so that the breadcrumbs stick well to it.
- Flip over the chicken nuggets and put on the breadcrumbs as the method above.
- Pour suitable amount of oil into the frying pan. Use spatula to spread the oil evenly over the surface of the pan.
- Add the chicken nuggets into the frying pan.
- Fry the nuggets over medium heat until golden brown. Flip over the other side of nuggets and fry until golden brown. Do not over fry the nuggets until burnt. Serve while hot.
《香嫩鸡块》自创食谱
- 用锋利的刀剁碎鸡胸肉。
- 将鸡肉碎平铺在大盘子上以方便调味。
- 按顺序用手掌或汤匙将酱油、盐、白胡椒粉、玉米粉(Corn Flour)等调料均匀拍在鸡肉碎上。
- 两边调味完成后,将鸡肉碎用汤匙弄成一片一片鸡肉块的形状。
- 将面包粉均匀撒在鸡块上,用汤匙压一压,让面包粉能粘在鸡肉块的表面上。
- 再把所有鸡块翻过来,把面包粉按上面方法弄好。
- 将适量的油倒入锅里,以铲子把油均匀地涂抹在锅的表面上。油热之后,将鸡肉块放入锅里煎。
- 用中火慢慢煎,直到贴在锅底的那一边变成金黄色,全部翻过来煎另一面直到变成金黄色就可以全部出锅。不要煎成焦黑。
